New Booking System

Beginning with sessions scheduled on the week of August 16, 2026, the Cambrian Tutors session reservation system will migrate to a timeslot-based format.

What This Means

Reservations for sessions are conducted through a Google Calendar interface. Available timeslots for each day of the week are displayed on the calendar interface. If you have not scheduled a session with us before or would like to edit your tutoring details, please fill out the form on the sign-up page.

FAQ

Tutors will have specific days and timeslots that they will be responsible for. Reserving the timeslot and day of the week that your preferred tutor is responsible for is the only way to guarantee the presence of a preferred tutor.

Sessions can be booked 1 week in advance at the earliest, and 4 days in advance at the latest.

If you would like to maintain a consistent tutoring schedule, you can request for us to reserve a specific timeslot for you every week. We will make the timeslot unavailable on the website, so that other clients will not be able reserve the same slot.

To cancel a session, simply email us. We would appreciate informing us on your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes! Email communication is still open; we are simply discontinuing using emails to book sessions.
